Superior Room
There is no charge for children 6 years old or under whom will share an existing bed with his/her parents and use existing room amenities. If Child are above 6 years old, there is an extra charge of 800.00 Baht a night with breakfast and an extra bed.*

Terms and Conditions for short stay
Period of Occupancy
1. Check-in time from 14.00.- 19.00 hrs. Check-out time is before 12.00 Hrs. (noon)
Please strictly follow the check-out time to avoid late check out charges: Late Check out can be requested with subject to room availability and with an extra charge:
12:00 (noon) – 14:00 hrs = 30% of daily room rate
14:00– 16:00 hrs = 50% of daily room rate.
after 16:00 hrs = full 100% of daily rate (one night charge)
2. Full payment is required at the check-in (cash and credit card) an extra room damage and key card loss deposit of 1,000.- THB per room (cash only). Additional 500.- THB deposit (cash only) is required for one additional key card per room. The deposit will be returned upon check-out with no damage to the property.
3. Breakfast is served between 8.00 – 10.00 Hrs. with options between Local and International food (toast & eggs)
4. non-registered visitors are not permitted in the guest room after 20.00 Hrs.
5. Pet is not allowed in the hotel.
6. The hotel shall be responsible for the safety of any valuables lost, misplaced or left behind in the guest room, but not over 5,000 THB unless the guest declares the values and deposits his/her valuable belongings with the hotel.
7. Guest will be liable for any loss or damage to the hotel property or hotel personnel that they may cause.
8. Non-registered guests more than originally reserved and paid for, are not allowed to stay in the room nor use the hotel facilities. If found, an additional fee of 4,000.00 THB will be applied to each person (not include breakfast).
9. There is no charge for children 6 years old or under who will share an existing bed with his/her parents and use existing room amenities.
10.Kasayapi is Non-Smoking hotel. Smoking is forbidden in all areas. If found, a penalty fee of 5,000.00 THB per finding will be charged.
11. Extra bed must be booked and notified upon room reservation and will be charged at 1,200.00 THB net per night, including breakfast for Superior Double room only.
12. Limited Parking space (2 cars) in the hotel premise subjected to availability and upon prior booking.
13 For security reason, non-registered visitors are requested to present ID/Passport at front desk prior to meet with hotel guest. Our hotel reserves the rights to decline any strangers from entering the premises.
14. Illegal drugs, gambling or any other aggressive behavior are strictly prohibited. Fine up to 5,000.00 THB and informing law enforcement officers.
15. The following items are prohibited on the premises of the hotel.
– Durian (ทุเรียน)
– Animals (สัตว์)
– Hazardous Chemicals (สารเคมีอันตราย)
– Explosive and Flammable substances (สารที่เป็นเชื้อเพลิง)
– Firearms or weapons. (อาวุธ)
16. Cooking inside the room is not allowed. ไม่อนุญาตให้หุงต้ม หรือ ทำอาหารภายในห้องพัก
17. Removing furniture or items from guest room is prohibited. Any damage or loss of furniture or items be charged upon check-out.
18. Guests are allowed to use main entrance only.
